Our Work Ready Crew programme provides young people with disabilities the opportunity to develop skills and increase employability prospects

Menphys provide work experience placements for young people with disabilities (16-25 years old) to develop new skills, enhance their CV and increase their employability as they progress to adulthood within organisations and business settings. 

The supportive and adaptive work experience placements complement life skills development and educational curriculum learning in preparation for future pathways.

The placement was a chance to try out different activities and use different equipment.

The young people have all enjoyed their work experience and have learnt so many new practical and social skills that they can take forward and use in their future lives.
