The Menphys Business Club
Demand for Menphys’ support continues to grow, while funding remains limited. This is why we created the Menphys Business Club, to raise vital funds that allow us to deliver early intervention, employability, family support, and inclusive opportunities for disabled children, young people, and their families.
By partnering with local businesses, we can ensure families are not left to navigate alone, and young people are given real opportunities to thrive.
Employability and Life Skills
Menphys supports young people with learning disabilities to build confidence and real workplace skills, opening doors that are too often closed to them. We also work with employers to make inclusion practical, sustainable, and meaningful.
Family Foundations
Family Foundations supports families of disabled children in the early years, when systems are complex and support is often lacking. Through early, relationship-based support and advocacy, we help families feel heard, stabilise before crisis, and give children the best possible start.
Family Support and Early Transitions
Menphys supports families through key early transitions, such as starting nursery, school, or assessments, when anxiety and risk are highest. With the right support at the right time, we help families build confidence, reduce isolation, and prevent crisis before it occurs.
Neurodivergent Girls Service
The Neurodivergent Girls Club provides a safe, supportive space where neurodivergent girls can be themselves, build friendships, and grow in confidence. Designed in response to families’ experiences of exclusion, the club reduces isolation and supports wellbeing at a critical stage of development.

Menphys exists to change what is possible for disabled children, young people, and their families. We support families who have been left navigating unmet needs, complex systems, and isolation alone. Through our programmes, including employability and life skills, Family Foundations, the Neurodivergent Girls Club, and whole-family support, we provide stability, advocacy, and opportunity when it is needed most.
Alongside this essential support, Menphys is about joy, belonging, and inclusion. Many families are excluded from everyday experiences others take for granted. Through inclusive events and supported activities, we create Menphys Moments that rebuild trust, reduce anxiety, and help families feel safe reconnecting with their communities.
This work is only possible because of the support of our members. Business Club memberships raise vital funds that help us respond to growing demand, sustain life-changing programmes, and ensure families are not left to navigate alone.
